We realize many of the services we offer cannot be fully explained in this format. That's why we periodically offer free demonstrations and classes to introduce services to you, your friends and family. Please contact us if you have any questions about our services or procedures.

Payment | Essential Gardens accepts most major credit cards and will accept personal checks with proper identification (photo ID and credit card). Any returned checks will not be re-submitted. An additional $25 "returned check" fee will be charged.

Appointments/Scheduling | Weekend or appointments for multiple services are typically scheduled quite a while in advance. Guests are encouraged to call the salon 2-3 days prior to their appointment to confirm times and services.

Cancellation Policy | 24-hour notice is expected for daily salon service appointments and 48 hours for spa, evening and weekend appointments. Guest who do not honor their appointments are liable for full payment.

Gratuities | Gratuities are not included in the prices of services. If you would like to reward excellent service, you are encouraged to do so. A 20% gratuity may be added to groups or parties of 4 or more.

Gift Certificates | Gift Certificates are non-refundable, without exception. Any unused value may be used toward product purchase. Certificates must be redeemed by the expiration date for products and services. We urge all certificate bearers to schedule their visit as soon as possible as it may take up to 12 weeks to schedule certain services. Certificates may not be purchased with another gift certificate. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

> Spa guests must be at least 13 years of age, the salon however, services all age groups.

> For their protection, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

> Personal property - please keep valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

> Quiet environment - for the comfort of all our guests, Cellular phones and beepers must be set to silent mode or turned off while in the Salon or Spa.

> Our Salon and Spa is a non-smoking environment.
